The Maintenance Division of the Information Technology Center organized a workshop under the title “perpetuate electronic files" for the Information and Electronic Archiving Division of the Human Resources Department at the University on Tuesday, 21-2-2023, based on their request to update the work mechanism for the purpose of perpetuate electronic files for university employees. Providing the attendees with a beneficiary's guide on the subject of the workshop that includes detailed action steps.

This participation was made by Prof. Dr. Monther Al-Kathemi, a faculty member at King’s College London and a member of the Global Advisory Board of the University of Technology, in cooperation with the Information Technology Center at the University of Technology.

The Information Technology Center / University of Technology held a workshop on artificial intelligence “How to Deal with Artificial Intelligence Tools” on 20/02/2023. The aim of this workshop is how to deal with artificial intelligence tools in several axes, including:

- How to write code using artificial intelligence

- The work of writing emails through the use of artificial intelligence

- Taking and editing photos using artificial intelligence

- How to make a voiceover through artificial intelligence

The workshop was given by an artificial intelligence specialist M.Sc (Abu Baker Saeb).
