The Huawei Academy at the University of Technology, in cooperation with the Information Technology Center, announces the opening of (free) online courses, as shown below for all students, faculty and staff who hold the official mail domain of the university:
- HCIA Datacom Routing & Switching (Networking axis).
- HCIA Security (The Security axis).
- HCIA 5G (Axis of 5th Generation Technologies).
- HCIA Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing axis).
The above courses start from 10/202022 to 12/25/2022, noting that registration is open throughout the mentioned period. Participants from the University of Technology will be provided with an international certificate valid for 3 years from Huawei, provided that the student completes the course, the test and the official exam. To register for the above electronic courses, the following steps must be observed:

The Electronic Systems and Administration Division at the Information Technology Center designed and built the Electronic archiving system and handed it over to the Office of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs / Studies and Planning Division on 12/10/2022

Under the supervision of Dr. Ghassan Abdel-Hussein Bilal, Director of the Information Technology Center and out of cooperation, the Information Technology Center / Electronic Systems and Management Division held a course ASP.net (C #) in the Information Technology Center (in presence) of the Popular Mobilization Authority / the Medical Affairs, fighters and sacrifices, dated 10/2/2022 until 10/13/2022.
The course aims to provide the participant with experience in programming web pages using ASP.net and publishing the pages on a local server or a large web server.

Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in conjunction with the directives of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in response to cyber security events at the university.
The Information Technology Center (Avicenna Division for E-learning), in cooperation with the Moon Gate Company specialized in the field of information and communication technologies and cyber security, held a workshop entitled (Security Big Picture) for faculty members at the University of Technology exclusively on Sunday 25/9/2022 at the Center Hall Information Technology.
The workshop was opened by the Director of the Center, Dr. Ghassan Abdel-Hussein Bilal, stressing the importance of cyber security and the prevention of digital risks.
The workshop aimed to convey an idea about what is happening in the cyber world and information security by drawing a clear picture and clarifying global trends in this field.
