The Information Technology Center / Information Networks Division has established the "FTTD" Workshop. For departments on Sunday 12/01/2020  Explain the mechanism of connecting the new optical cable network at the University of technology It provides many services (Internet service, internetting, internal switch ) in the presence of members of the Internet Divisions from the scientific departments and All the centers and departments were discussed the mechanism of work and the equipment required to link the departments on the new project network .

The division of the university o website in ITC held an workshop for the university of technology leaders as an order by the presidency of the uot tech. on wed 22-01-2020 , in the presence of the scientific assistance of the faculities and the members and the official e-mails link members of faculities and uot centers , which it caontained many parts

• Considering the electronic university website as virtual sites .
• Creating and programming the academic profile for all uot.
• Providing the scientific department with an secondary supervisior on the department email for all members students and lecurers .
• Changing the email forum form the old one to the new one.

And toke all the notes and advises ast the end of the workshop .

In order for completing the University of Technology excellency through the e-learning cultural spreading, the director of information technology center (ITC)

 Dr. Ghassan Abdul-alhussain Bilal al sultani informed to hold the training courses of lecturers in this division within the electronic beneficiary program.

The division completed several training courses within the ITC plan to develop the actual training e-learning in UOT , were the trainers emphasized the importance of such kind of training courses aimed to increase the awareness of information technology in education sector .

The information technology center has performed the standard English language examination for postgraduate students (PhD, Masters, High Diploma) at the  university of technology on 05-06/02/2020 By configuring exam rooms as well as configuring (servers )

The examination was conducted using the electronic examination system, which was installed in all the university's classrooms The system has been programd and designed by the it Center/Systems Division programrs.
